Prices and Payments

 

3.1 The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website, all prices displayed on our online store are in Pakistani rupees and include value- added tax (VAT).

 

3.2 We accept the following forms of payment: Accepted Payment Methods or cash on delivery/COD

 

3.3 Payment will be made at the time of purchase or cash on delivery, according to the chosen payment method. Once an order has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.

 

3.4 When buying an item, you agree that: 

 

(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: 

(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product.

 

4.2 We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.

 

4.3 The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

 

4.4 If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot locate the package, we will provide a full refund to the user.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

5.1 For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

 

5.2 The user is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the product, we will provide a full refund within 3-7 days.

 

5.3 In addition, please note the following:

 (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
